By accessing this Website, you accept, without reservation, these terms and conditions. If you disagree with these stipulations, you must not use this Website. Colinas reserves the right to modify or update, at any time and without prior notice, these terms and conditions.

The User.- Whoever accesses this Website owned by Colinas, acquires the status of User and acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. 

Conditions of Use:- The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the authorised uses. It is completely forbidden to use the Website, its content and/or services for illegal purposes or effects, or in any way that contravenes the Law, public order or this Legal Notice. Any use of this Website that may threaten or violate the rights or interests of third parties, or that in any way disrupts or impairs the purpose, accessibility, use or operation of the site is also prohibited.

The use of this Website is free of charge. Some of the services provided through this Website may be regulated by conditions of use, policies and/or special instructions which, in such cases, will replace, complete or modify the content of this Legal Notice. Jurisdicción y Ley Aplicable.- The main language of this Website, its contents and services is Spanish, so in the event that you access it through translated texts you should consider that in the event of any discrepancy the text expressed in Spanish will be valid.

Likewise, this Website, its contents and services are governed by common Spanish legislation, and likewise any of the texts, terms and conditions that appear on the Website must be interpreted in accordance with the same. For any question or dispute that may arise, the parties submit to common Spanish legislation and, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

Check-in and reception:.Reception will be open from 07.30 to 19.00 (winter timetable) and until 20.00 (summer timetable). If you are expected to arrive at Las Colinas outside these hours, you will find your keys and the necessary information at the security checkpoint at the entrance. The distance between the Club House and the properties is approximately 2km. We recommend the use of a rental car.
Check-in from 16.00.
Until 12.00 pm. Keys must be handed in at the Residences (Club House) reception. A penalty will be charged in case of loss or non-return of keys.

General: Las Colinas Residences is not responsible for possible damage or theft of vehicles. Access to the car park is for the exclusive use of clients and residents of the development.
The swimming pools are for the private use of the residents of Las Colinas Residences. The responsibility for any accident that may occur is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user. Please respect the rules displayed in the pool area.
Pets are not allowed at Las Colinas Residences. To access to the Wi-Fi network, the password can be found in each apartment and at the reception of the Club House.
A mid-stay cleaning is included for bookings of more than six nights.
If you would like an extra change of towels or sheets, please do not hesitate to ask at reception.
