Our chef Alfonso Lillo has combined ancient culinary techniques from very different cultures to achieve the best flavours.
In addition, in the summer you can also enjoy the gastronomic space of our beach club, in WOW Beach, with a distinctive menu in which you can savour the best of the Costa Blanca in every bite, both day and night.
However, if you prefer to enjoy your stay in your property, all our restaurants have a Take Away service so that you can continue to enjoy these pleasures from home.

Savour authentic and traditional Italian cuisine at the il Palco Restaurant. The consultant chef Fabio Morisi has designed a meticulous menu to delight even the most discerning palates. All this in a simply fabulous setting designed by Pepe Leal. Its exceptional wine list will wow connoisseurs and pair perfectly with each of the chef's creations.

Rediscover international cuisine at our Unik Restaurant, located in the Clubhouse and with a terrace commanding spectacular views of the golf course.
It serves an elaborate menu based on fresh, high quality and local ingredients, reinventing international dishes with Mediterranean touches, lovingly created by our chef Alfonso Lillo.
